Business Results through Leadership and Motivation

Business LinkYou and your managers are critical to the success of your business. Yet most managers are not leaders. They cannot inspire their teams; only coordinate their work. Understanding and then putting into practice the techniques needed to motivate those around you to seek and achieve exceptional personal performance is perceived as a rare skill. Yet, some people seem to manage it easily

By working with top athletes, key academic institutions and highly successful business leaders we have distilled the elements you need to enthuse your staff and peers. Using the latest techniques, we have created a series of highly effective events which can transform your approach to achieving your results through others. If you use the models we demonstrate, we can guarantee better results.

Overview

Train to GainOver six weeks, (3 hour sessions) your managers will learn how to become more self aware of the impact of their own actions on the team and how to recognise the behaviours and levels of motivation in others. They will learn how to improve the productivity of the team and recognise and reward achievement, thereby creating a high performance culture within your business. Your managers will experience how to use a range of leadership styles for different situations and thus get the best from their people and for your company. They will practice delegation and know how to manage their own time more effectively. The will understand how to set and communicate company objectives with impact and learn more about strategic and innovate thinking. At the completion of the programme, they will be fully prepared to help take your company forward in an increasingly competitive market.

Learning takes place in bite sized chunks. The delegates are able to apply theory into their workplace and report back on the results every week.
